We have a prestigious panel of judges, headed by leading Sussex dairy farmer and Nuffield Scholar William Goodwin, who make the final decision at each stage (top 10, top 3 and overall winner). 6 categories are also voted by the public through online voting; and 4 categories are judged in their own special way tailored to suit each one.

Public can vote on the day plus expert panel of judges.
