Spirit of the Downs presents their latest ‘English Brandy’, aged for just under four years in ex-Cognac oak barrels. The result is a remarkable flavour, with indulgent notes of butterscotch, stewed fruits, and warming spices, complimented by subtle layers of sandalwood, oak, and vanilla.
