Haymans Farm is a pasture farm and certified biodynamic market garden growing seasonal and organic food and flowers. Set on the edge of the South Downs, the farm has been the hub of their family for nearly 50 years, with sheep grazing and haymaking the mainstay of farm life. Join Haymans in their mission to explore, create and celebrate food in the heart of West Sussex.
Their small team strive to grow nutrient dense food in rich soil in a sustainable environment where pasture-fed animals thrive, opening their workshop kitchen and learning centre as a space for people to learn while sharing food and food experience. Their Market Garden is alive and buzzing with insects, birds, toads, and a multitude of invertebrates that keeps the garden, seasonal veggies, and beautiful flowers full of life and nutrient rich. Their Barn is a place of gathering, where food is relished and treated as medicine, with a well-equipped kitchen area that can be adapted for any workshop, course, meeting, or creative activity. Haymans offers venue hire, with a farm-sourced lunch using seasonal veggies from the Market Garden and local, ethical ingredients, as well as all hands-on deck to make your event great.
