They try and cater for all tastes and will do our best to source anything you require. Their friendly, traditional butchers source meat as locally and ethically as possible. Always happy to help and very approachable, they can help with cooking advice, recipe suggestions as well as cutting and trimming meat to your specific requirements. Game & venison is sourced from the local gamekeeper. They also offer shop specials, with handmade burgers, pies, Scotch eggs, and sausages available. Their Scotch eggs and Harvey’s sausage (made using ale from the local Lewes brewery) are a popular choice on pub lunch menus across the region as well as in the shop.
