Real Patisserie across Brighton & Hove and Worthing

Since 1997, Real Patisserie had sold good bread to good people. Founded by Paris-trained patissier Alastair Gourlay and his wife Annie, their Real Patisserie bakeries were born out of a love of quality ingredients and authentic baking. Their range and reach has grown exponentially since the start, with four shops across Brighton & Hove and Worthing and their wholesale location in Southwick, but they haven’t changed their respect that goes into every loaf and pastry, and commitment to sustainability and the people, charging an honest price for their work.

Their bakers craft day and night to ensure their shelves are stocked with the freshest artisanal bread each morning, highlights including their best-selling Chewy Brown loaf, their range of baguettes and delicious focaccia. Visit any of their shops to pick up your loaf, or pre-order on their website and they even offer catering to any event. Real Patisserie also make a delicious range of tarts, cakes and pastries. They serve great lunch with Sussex products and their baguette sandwiches, but make sure to get there quickly; they’re so yummy they sell out fast every lunchtime!
