Fifty Sussex food and drink business leaders visited New House Farm Shop in Faygate to discuss skills for the sector at the ninth in a series of Sussex Six Business Networking Events.

Dan Karlsson, Director of Apprenticeships from Plumpton College, demystified apprenticeships for an interested audience of business managers. Michelle Betts, Founder of ByJove Media shared the latest developments of the ever-evolving social media platforms, and Ellen Kendrick from Horsham District Council’s Enterprise Team shared details of upcoming training courses for business subsidised by Horsham District Council.

The Natural Partnerships CIC  team continues to encourage local shops, restaurants, pubs, cafes and caterers to make the Sussex Six Pledge to add at least six more local, Sussex products to their menus or shelves in the coming year, to help boost the local economy in a sustainable way.
