Langham Brewery is proud to announce that its American Pale Ale, Stride, has been awarded Gold and Category Champion in the SIBA (Society of Independent Brewers and Associates) Indie Beer Awards for the South East, recognising the brewery’s commitment to brewing exceptional cask beer.
The award marks another significant milestone for the independent West Sussex brewery, which has been crafting award-winning beers in the heart of the South Downs since 2005. Brewed in an 18th-century granary barn using British-grown ingredients wherever possible, and water drawn directly from beneath the brewery, Langham continues to build on more than 20 years of brewing heritage while evolving its range for today’s drinkers.

The Indie Beer Awards celebrate excellence in independent brewing, with beers judged by experienced brewers, beer experts and industry professionals. Receiving Gold in the Regional Cask Pale Ale category places Stride among the region’s finest examples of cask pale ale and reinforces Langham Brewery’s reputation for producing consistently high-quality beer.
The success of Stride reflects the brewery’s ongoing investment in both traditional cask brewing and innovation. Alongside its established favourites, Langham continues to expand its range with new beers that showcase British ingredients, exceptional brewing standards and modern drinkability.
Visitors can enjoy Langham’s award-winning beers at the brewery’s taproom in Lodsworth, open Thursday to Saturday, where the brewery’s latest releases are available alongside seasonal events in the heart of the South Downs.
