They proudly present the best produce and craft producers Sussex has to offer. From freshly-baked bread each morning to Bird & Blend tea, there’s something for everyone. And just across the yard is One Kitchen where you can sit back and enjoy the gardens while savouring a delicious menu with ingredients from the Kitchen Garden plot on site, Plumpton Estate and a great range of local produce found within the One Market shop. Brunch is served daily, and you can try their flavourful cooked breakfasts, using locally-sourced ingredients, or try their lighter breakfast options, including great homemade granola. Packed full of freshness, you’ll start the day right. Their lunch menu uses the best seasonal flavours, using freshly-picked herbs and salads from their own hydroponic growing towers.
